Job Summary

Entertain, facilitate, participate, and create activities and games for our guests and visitors.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out the scheduled activities for hotel clients according to company standards.
• Participate in daytime and/or nighttime shows scheduled for guests.
• Welcome guests and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Create a good atmosphere with guests.
• Provide lessons in water sports, including kayaking, paddle boarding, among others.
• Follow and adhere to entertainment schedules and programming.
• Organize scheduled sports activities.
• Ensure the good condition of the facility and sports equipment, activity materials, games, etc., as well as their proper use.
• Report any breakdowns or damage to the immediate supervisor.
• Create a good atmosphere with guests.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
• Be familiar with all activity materials available in the department.
• Keep the work area in perfect order.
• Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by the immediate superior, as well as any additional responsibilities required by the role.

Minimum requirements of the position:

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in hospitality, activities, and/or customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
